General information

AirTrunk builds and runs large data centres that cloud and technology companies rent to store and process data. It calls itself a hyperscale data centre provider, serving customers across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. The company manages more than 3 GW of operating and planned capacity across 20 sites in six countries. It is based in North Sydney, Australia, and was founded in 2015 by Robin Khuda.

In 2024, Blackstone acquired AirTrunk for A$24 billion (US$16 billion). That kind of backing gives AirTrunk the capital to keep building new data centre sites as demand for cloud and AI computing grows.

Currently, there's a total of 78 job openings at AirTrunk. Over the last 30 days, 30 jobs were added and 15 were removed (job postings usually stay up ~15 days before being removed).1
