Apollo Hospitals is India's first corporate healthcare provider. It runs a chain of 71 owned and managed hospitals, along with more than 5,000 pharmacy stores, diagnostic centers, and telehealth services. Patients across India use these services for hospital care, medicine, diagnostics, and remote consultations. The company is based in Hyderabad, India.

Prathap C. Reddy founded Apollo Hospitals on September 18, 1983. The Reddy family still holds 28% ownership of the company today. In March 2022, Apollo became the first hospital company added to India's NIFTY 50 stock index. It employs about 62,939 people and reported ₹25,228 crore ($2.6 billion) in revenue. That scale means one family's hospital chain now sits among the biggest companies on the Indian stock market.
