Brevo was founded in 2012 by Armand Thiberge, originally under the name Sendinblue, before rebranding in 2023. It has eight offices worldwide, including Paris, Berlin, New York and Toronto, and around 1,000 employees serving more than 600,000 users in 160 countries. In 2025 it reached unicorn status, valued at over $1 billion after a €500 million funding round.
