Bungie
Hiring · 5 open jobsGeneral information
Bungie is an American video game developer that makes and manages live service games. Its flagship title is Destiny 2. The company is also developing Marathon, an extraction shooter. Bungie was founded in May 1991 by Alex Seropian and Jason Jones and is based in Bellevue, Washington.
Sony Interactive Entertainment acquired Bungie for 3.6 billion dollars in 2022, and Bungie now operates as a Sony subsidiary. The studio employs approximately 500 people. That backing gives Bungie's ongoing games, including Destiny 2, the resources of a large parent company rather than an independent studio. Bungie is an H-1B sponsor.1
