Federal Reserve Bank of Boston
Hiring · 1 open jobGeneral information
The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is one of twelve regional banks in the Federal Reserve System. It serves the First District, which covers New England: Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and parts of Connecticut. The bank is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
The bank was established on May 18, 1914, as one of the original twelve regional Federal Reserve banks. It is a public institution and a member bank of the Federal Reserve System. After the Banking Act of 1935, its top leader was renamed from Governor to President. That matters because the title change shows the bank's role shifting toward the more centralized, national system the Fed became after 1935.
Currently, there's a total of 104 job openings at Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Over the last 30 days, 60 jobs were added and 47 were removed (job postings usually stay up ~14 days before being removed). Historically, the median salary is ~$92,931. Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is an H-1B sponsor.1

Listings on this board expire about as fast as new ones appear, so a weekly-adds chart drawn from it would show reposting churn rather than hiring. We withhold the trend until the board settles.
