General information

InPost operates a network of automated parcel lockers and courier services across Europe, letting online shoppers pick up and return packages without a delivery person. It runs more than 20,000 Automated Parcel Machines and 18,000 pick-up and drop-off points, alongside courier and fulfillment services for e-commerce merchants. The company is based in Kraków, Poland, and was founded in 2006 by Rafał Brzoska.

InPost employs more than 5,000 staff. In February 2026, a FedEx and Advent International consortium acquired InPost for $9.2 billion. That deal puts one of Europe's largest parcel-locker networks under new, global ownership.

Currently, there's a total of 121 job openings at InPost. Over the last 30 days, 103 jobs were added and 59 were removed (job postings usually stay up ~10 days before being removed).1
