Living Spaces was founded in August 2003 in Rancho Cucamonga, California, by Grover Geiselman and Sharm Scheuerman. They were inspired by Jim McIngvale's Gallery Furniture. As of 2024 it has grown to 40 locations across eight Western states, and it added nationwide shipping in 2019. Historically, the median salary is ~$86,400.1
