Tosin Eniolorunda and Felix Ike founded the company in June 2015, originally as TeamApt. It became Africa's eighth unicorn in October 2024, valued at more than 1 billion dollars. The platform now processes 17 billion dollars in transactions every month, a scale that means engineering and operations teams handle high-volume financial infrastructure.
