Mr Price Group is a South African retailer. It runs several store brands across Africa: Mr Price sells clothing and fashion, Mr Price Home sells homeware, and Mr Price Sport sells sportswear. The group also owns Miladys, Sheet Street, Power Fashion and Yuppiechef. It is based in Durban, South Africa.

Mr Price Group was founded in 1985 in Klerksdorp by Laurie Chiappini and Stewart Cohen. It is a public company listed on the JSE. In January 2026, it announced plans to buy German retailer NKD for R9.7 billion. The group employs over 32,000 people and made R40.93 billion in revenue in the 2025 fiscal year. NKD is based in Germany, so the deal would take Mr Price into Europe.1
