Nexthink makes software that tracks and manages digital employee experience for large companies. Its Infinity Platform gives IT teams visibility across devices, networks and apps. Separate modules cover Workplace Experience, VDI Experience and Mobile Experience for different types of work setups. More than 1,500 companies use the platform, including Southwest Airlines, Johnson & Johnson and Volvo Group. Nexthink is based in Prilly, Switzerland.
Three founders, Pedro Bados, Patrick Hertzog and Vincent Bieri, started the company in Prilly in 2004. It remains privately held after reaching unicorn status in February 2021, when a 180 million dollar funding round valued it at 1.1 billion dollars. By 2024 Nexthink had about 1,200 employees and 294.9 million dollars in revenue.1
