Northzone is a multi-stage venture capital fund based in Stockholm, Sweden. It backs category-creating companies in artificial intelligence and materials science, healthcare and mental health, financial technology and payments, and HR and enterprise software. The fund also keeps offices in London, New York, Amsterdam and Berlin alongside Stockholm.
Northzone was founded in 1996 in Oslo. It has raised 13 funds, including $1.2 billion in 2022, and now manages more than $3.1 billion in assets across over 250 investments. It has backed 18 unicorns and seen 14 portfolio companies reach an IPO.
