Manish Chandra, Tracy Sun, Gautam Golwala, and Chetan Pungaliya founded Poshmark on May 10, 2011. The platform has grown to more than 80 million users and more than 200 million listings. South Korea's Naver Corporation bought Poshmark for US$1.2 billion in January 2023. That means the company now operates as part of a large Korean internet group.
