Reynolds Consumer Products was founded in 1919 in Louisville, Kentucky, originally as U.S. Foil Company. By 1991, Reynolds Metals employed 30,800 workers at more than 100 operations in 20 countries. The company went public via IPO on January 31, 2020. Its parent, Reynolds Group Holdings, is currently based in Auckland, New Zealand. Reynolds Consumer Products is an H-1B sponsor.1
