Rise8 was founded by Bryon Kroger, a former U.S. Air Force targeteer who earlier co-founded Kessel Run, the Department of War's first software factory. Its clients include the Air Force, Space Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs, so engineers there work directly on federal government systems.1
