Scality was founded in 2009 by Jerome Lecat, Giorgio Regni, Daniel Binsfeld, Serge Dugas and Brad King. The company is headquartered in both San Francisco, California and Paris, France, with additional offices in London, Washington DC and Tokyo, giving it a footprint on both sides of the Atlantic from early on.
