Simular was founded on August 7, 2023 by ex-DeepMind scientists. The company raised a 21.5M Series A in 2025 from Felicis, NVIDIA's NVentures, Basis Set and others. Its Agent S3 model surpassed human performance on the OSWorld benchmark, the first such result in the industry.1
