Swiggy is an Indian online food ordering and delivery company headquartered in Bengaluru. It operates food delivery in more than 700 Indian cities and runs Instamart, its quick-commerce service, in 100 cities.
Swiggy was incorporated in December 2013 by Sriharsha Majety, Nandan Reddy and Rahul Jaimini. It went public in November 2024 at ₹390 per share, with Prosus, SoftBank and Accel among its major shareholders, and now employs about 6,000 people.1
