Its Device Financing product reduces loan defaults through payment behavior management. Subsidy Protection locks subsidized phones until they are activated on a network. Supply Chain Protection locks devices at the factory and unlocks them at the point of sale, to stop theft. The company is based in Cambridge, in the United Kingdom.
It protects more than 350 million devices in over 50 countries, working with more than 60 carrier and MVNO partners. Device Financing cuts loan defaults by about 70%, and Subsidy Protection has lowered non-activation rates from 30% to under 8%.
