General information

WalkMe is a Digital Adoption Platform that uses AI-driven guidance to help enterprise customers get more value from the software they already use. Its DeepUI technology gives deep integration with apps across desktop, mobile and web. In-app guidance and workflow automation walk employees through tasks inside the software. Adoption analytics track how employees use apps, including license optimization. WalkMe is based in San Francisco, with additional offices in Tel Aviv and Raleigh, North Carolina.

Four entrepreneurs founded WalkMe in 2011, and it went public on Nasdaq in 2021 at a $2.56 billion valuation. That changed in September 2024, when SAP acquired WalkMe for $1.5 billion and delisted it from Nasdaq, so it now operates as part of a larger software company rather than an independent public one. WalkMe employs about 1,100 people and reported $245 million in revenue in 2022.

Currently, there's a total of 38 job openings at WalkMe. Over the last 30 days, 37 jobs were added and 19 were removed (job postings usually stay up ~22 days before being removed). WalkMe is an H-1B sponsor.1
