Washington Trust Bank was founded in 1902 in Spokane, Washington, first known as The Washington Trust Company. It is a subsidiary of W.T.B. Financial Corporation, which has traded on the OTC Markets since 2001. The bank has more than 1,000 staff and over 40 financial centers across Washington, Idaho and Oregon.
