Wealthfront was founded in 2008 by Andy Rachleff, a co-founder of Benchmark venture capital, and Dan Carroll. It now manages about $95 billion in assets for over 1.4 million customers, with $339 million in revenue in 2025. The company went public in December 2025, raising about $485 million at $14 per share, valuing it at $2.6 billion fully diluted. That IPO makes Wealthfront a newly public company, with its financial results now open for anyone to see. Wealthfront is a top-tier H-1B sponsor.1
