Altus Group, based in Toronto, Canada, provides software, data, and expertise for commercial real estate investment decisions. Its products include the ARGUS Intelligence Platform, ARGUS Assist, ARGUS Enterprise, ARGUS EstateMaster, and the Reonomy data platform.

Founder Gary Yeoman formed the company in 2005 by merging three Canadian real estate consultancies. It first listed as an income trust and became a corporation in 2011; it now trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange as AIF. It bought Argus Software for $130 million in 2011 and Reonomy for $249.5 million in 2021. It has 1,500 employees and made C$430 million in revenue in fiscal 2025. That matters: those two purchases turned separate real estate tools into one connected platform, which is most of what Altus sells today.
