Johns Manville manufactures insulation, commercial roofing, and fibers and nonwovens. Its insulation systems cover building, HVAC, mechanical and industrial uses. Its roofing division makes membrane systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, SBS, APP and BUR. It also produces nonwoven fiberglass materials for filtration and reinforcement. Johns Manville is based in Denver, Colorado.

The company was formed in 1901, when H.W. Johns Manufacturing Company merged with Manville Covering Company. Berkshire Hathaway acquired the company in 2001.
