General information

Sanimax is a rendering company. It collects used cooking oil, animal and meat byproducts and farm deadstock from more than 40,000 sites, then turns them into industrial ingredients. Its finished products include fats and oils, proteins and pet food ingredients.

Sanimax has been in the rendering business since 1939 and is still a family business. It now processes more than 2 million tons of organic materials each year and employs over 2,000 people. For someone joining, that means a long-running, privately held operation built on a steady supply chain. Sanimax is an H-1B sponsor.1
