Scout24 was founded on August 16, 1998, in Munich by internet entrepreneur Joachim Schoss, with financing from Otto Beisheim. ImmoScout24 drew over 20 million visitors a month in Germany in 2021, and Scout24 had about 1,100 employees as of 2023.
