General information

Texas Capital Bank offers personal banking, commercial banking, treasury solutions, merchant services, and investment banking. It is a subsidiary of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. The bank is based in Dallas, Texas.

A group of entrepreneurial bankers founded Texas Capital Bank on December 18, 1998, in Dallas. It went public on the Nasdaq stock exchange in 2003, under the ticker TCBI. In 2022, it sold its BankDirect Capital Finance unit to Truist Financial for $3.4 billion. Today the bank has about 2,200 employees and made $1.26 billion in revenue in fiscal year 2025. That matters: selling that unit for $3.4 billion gave Texas Capital cash to put back into its main banking business.

Currently, there's a total of 83 job openings at Texas Capital Bank. Over the last 30 days, 78 jobs were added and 36 were removed (job postings usually stay up ~15 days before being removed). Texas Capital Bank is an H-1B sponsor.1
