Henry Schuck and Kirk Brown started the company in 2007 as DiscoverOrg. It took the ZoomInfo name after buying Zoom Information Inc. in February 2019. As of 2024 it had 3,508 employees and about $1.21 billion in revenue, based in Vancouver, Washington. It went public on Nasdaq in 2020 under the ticker ZI, which changed to GTM in May 2025.
